Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.

- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and neuromorphic engineering.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and scalability to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Documentation & Mentorship: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and mentor junior engineers in best practices for AI development.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, including deploying models to production environments.
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of optimizing complex algorithms.
- Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
