Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI systems that are scalable, resilient, and production-ready for 2026.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for AI integration across the enterprise.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
