Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting 2026-era data loads and computational requirements.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI model governance, ethics, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions.
- Optimize existing codebases for high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing large-scale distributed systems and AI models.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with deep understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong grasp of neural network architectures, transformers, and generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
