Responsibilities
- Define and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy aligned with the 2026 company vision and technology roadmap.
- Lead the recruitment for high-impact technical roles, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Engineering.
- Utilize predictive analytics and AI-driven sourcing tools to identify passive candidates in emerging tech hubs globally.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with leadership to create compelling employer branding narratives that resonate with the next generation of talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring speed, quality, and diversity in every hire.
- Stay ahead of labor market trends, specifically regarding remote work evolution and digital nomad lifestyles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven experience recruiting for high-tech, R&D, or complex engineering environments.
- Deep understanding of the 'Future of Work' trends, including AI in recruiting and distributed teams.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI sourcing bots).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical requirements into engaging job descriptions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a focus on scaling operations.
