Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to advance our product roadmap for 2026.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments, ensuring low-latency deployment on mobile and IoT devices.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers and security expertsâto align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
