- Identify emerging trends in AI, predictive analytics, and future tech to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for long-term strategic projects.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of future-proofing initiatives.
- Act as a primary liaison for executive leadership regarding future state planning.
- Drive the adoption of new operational frameworks to support scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic operations, business development, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing complex, multi-year projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Future Tech) and their business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex visions to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
