Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for 2026, aligning organizational goals with emerging industry trends.
- Lead research initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, including Generative AI, Web3, and spatial computing, and assess their impact on the workforce.
- Design scalable organizational structures and workflows that support distributed talent and hybrid work environments.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate long-term foresight into quarterly business planning and operational KPIs.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning, upskilling, and reskilling to prepare the workforce for future tech stacks.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, adjusting course based on market feedback and data analysis.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of the "Future of Work" paradigm, including remote work dynamics and the metaverse integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and change management frameworks.
