As a key member of our executive team, you will shape our roadmap for the future of work, focusing on AI integration, remote collaboration, and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term strategic vision for the year 2026 and outline actionable milestones to achieve it.
- Analyze global trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation to forecast workforce needs.
- Design and implement policies that enhance productivity and employee well-being in a hybrid environment.
- Partner with HR and C-suite leadership to integrate futurist concepts into business operations.
- Present quarterly forecasts and strategic presentations to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or futurism.
- Strong background in technology trends, specifically AI and remote work evolution.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
