Responsibilities
- Greet all customers immediately with a warm, welcoming demeanor and offer proactive assistance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with brand standards.
- Assist in stockroom operations, including inventory management, replenishing sales floor, and folding merchandise.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers of all backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
