Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise, ensuring products are organized, priced, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or damaged goods to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Pass a background check and drug screen as part of our hiring process.
