Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Assist in store setup for weekend events and breakdown after closing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (prior retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and company policies quickly.
