Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays to maintain visual appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms remain clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and markdowns as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills.
