Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and styling advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with merchandise flow, including tagging, restocking, and folding to ensure inventory is ready for sale.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to support store events, promotions, and seasonal sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required (we train winners).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and stocking shelves.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer applications.
