Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist in visual merchandising, including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational excellence
- Participate in evening floor coverage during peak hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Support store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with flexible availability for weekday evenings and weekends
- Enrolled in high school, college, or university program (students encouraged to apply)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Indianapolis location
