Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and in-person technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Conduct user training sessions on productivity tools and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative maintenance
- Support IT infrastructure including cloud services and network configurations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to analyze complex issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and cloud services
