Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and breakdown procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service during corporate events, concerts, and hospitality functions
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain event timelines and quality standards
- Manage VIP experiences and troubleshoot in-the-moment challenges with professionalism
- Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor new staff members on company protocols and event-specific requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional event staffing or hospitality experience in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse audiences and situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue rotations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Must pass background check and maintain professional appearance standards
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided if needed)
