Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at concerts, sports events, and corporate functions
- Manage venue operations including crowd control, ticket scanning, and VIP assistance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Set up and breakdown event equipment and staging areas
- Document incident reports and maintain event compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
