Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and management teams for seamless operations
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Assist in inventory management and equipment handling for event materials
- Resolve attendee inquiries and de-escalate situations with professionalism
- Complete post-event cleanup and venue restoration tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of event setup/teardown procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
