Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM), including check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Perform nightly audits and financial reporting duties
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
