Responsibilities
- Set up and operate provided event equipment including AV systems, staging, and lighting
- Manage guest registration and check-in with provided tablets and tools
- Execute crowd control and safety protocols using provided safety gear
- Assist with venue breakdown and equipment storage post-event
- Provide real-time support to event coordinators using provided communication devices
- Conduct equipment quality checks before and after each assignment
- Report technical issues to on-site managers using provided checklists
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with provided support gear
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability for evenings/weekends with provided scheduling tools
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation to venues
