Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credentialing at high-profile events
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with event teams for seamless execution of logistics
- Operate technical equipment including AV systems and registration kiosks
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Document incident reports and maintain operational records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Nevada state gaming license or ability to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Physical stamina to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingual preferred
