Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following company recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Upsell bakery items and promotional products to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
