Responsibilities
- Setup and breakdown of event equipment including tents, staging, and signage
- Manage guest check-ins and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate provided AV equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain event cleanliness
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with crowd control and emergency response as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic customer service experience preferred
