Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns across Glendale venues
- Manage guest registration, VIP access, and attendee flow coordination
- Operate AV equipment and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse client demographics
- Conduct post-event evaluations and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
