Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns for concerts, conventions, and private functions
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm at VIP sections and entry points
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor crowd dynamics and implement safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Operate technical equipment including staging, lighting, and sound systems
- Resolve on-site issues with quick problem-solving and clear communication
- Maintain detailed event documentation and post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong physical stamina for lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of event production equipment and safety standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with crowd management in large-scale events preferred
