Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Provide premium customer service to VIPs, sponsors, and general attendees
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure venue compliance with safety protocols
- Handle ticket scanning, access control, and crowd flow management
- Operate AV equipment and stage elements as required by event specifications
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Document incidents and provide post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on short notice
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification or crowd management training
