Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and display areas according to planograms
- Unload delivery trucks and verify inventory shipments
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper expiration date management
- Maintain clean and orderly storage areas and sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Early morning availability (shift typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
