Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments with efficiency
- Stock shelves and display merchandise according to planograms
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards during shift
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Assist with price changes and promotional displays
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
