Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently and safely
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to department leads
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in early morning hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to operate stocking equipment (training provided)
