Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves, racks, and display areas according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in stockrooms and sales floors
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory updates
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and pricing accuracy
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
