Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace including espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and uphold strict food safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product ingredients
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
