Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and service areas
- Manage POS transactions efficiently while upselling premium products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Source and inventory high-quality coffee beans and ingredients
- Participate in ongoing product training and seasonal menu launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain)
