Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and building rapport
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace including espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining freshness
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality consistency
