Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines, pour-over methods, and batch brew systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Source and present fresh pastries and food items with attention to detail
- Participate in regular product training to master seasonal offerings and new techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask efficiently during rush periods while maintaining quality
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
