Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Delight customers with exceptional service, including personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain pristine café standards through rigorous cleaning, sanitization, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Execute inventory management and restocking procedures for coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions and daily reconciliation

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with proficiency in espresso machines and brewing methods
- Proven customer service excellence with ability to build rapport in high-volume settings
- Knowledge of specialty coffee varieties, preparation techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash, inventory tracking, and POS operations
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
