As a Barista at Bean & Brew, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcome and appreciated. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and want to grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, cold brews, and pastries according to our strict recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering questions with a smile.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process orders, handle payments, and manage customer accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and supplies, and restock shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in training new baristas on brewing techniques and company culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and drink recipes.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is a plus.
