Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns across Madison venues
- Manage guest registration and VIP experiences with polished professionalism
- Operate technical equipment (AV, lighting, registration systems)
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure scenarios
- Document event metrics and post-event feedback
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic technical troubleshooting aptitude
- Madison local knowledge preferred
- Reliable transportation to event sites
