Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance to attendees
- Monitor venue safety protocols and enforce crowd control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages, signage, and equipment
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns to event managers
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures preferred
