Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, tea, and food items according to standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitised workspace, including counters, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with accuracy.
- Stock inventory, restock supplies, and ensure product presentation meets our quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods and flavors.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
