Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews.
- Deliver world-class customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude and a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision and speed during peak hours.
- Assist in food preparation and plating for our pastry menu.
- Restock supplies, such as cups, milk, and syrups, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Engage with customers to learn their preferences and suggest new menu items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
