As a Barista, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for delivering a premium coffee experience to our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and teas.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a pristine environment by cleaning the espresso machine, counters, and seating areas regularly.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Restock supplies, milk, syrups, and pastries to ensure the bar is fully operational.
- Upsell products and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to all company recipes, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- A strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn the art of brewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
