Responsibilities
- Expert Beverage Preparation: Expertly brew espresso, prepare cold brew, and craft a variety of hot and cold beverages to the highest quality standards.
- Customer Experience: Greet every guest with warmth, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations to ensure a memorable visit.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including proper cleaning of equipment, counters, and restrooms.
- Point of Sale (POS) Management: Process transactions efficiently using our POS system, handle cash and credit payments accurately, and manage inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with baristas and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required; willingness to train is key.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine operation.
- Customer Service: A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
