Responsibilities
- Prepare & Serve: Expertly brew espresso drinks, pour-over coffee, and prepare teas and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure every guest feels valued and welcomed.
- Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including sanitizing workstations and restocking supplies.
- Equipment: Operate and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision and care.
- Inventory: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries to ensure seamless operations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow baristas and managers to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
