Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and signature techniques
- Engage warmly with customers, sharing product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and uphold rigorous hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal menu items and promotional campaigns
- Support inventory management and ensure quality control of ingredients
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee mastery and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep passion for coffee craftsmanship and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency in drink preparation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
