Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of equipment and service areas
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Manage inventory and restock supplies during shifts
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and store standards
- Participate in monthly tastings and product innovation sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to all shift locations
