Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to recipe standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, personalized approach
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Share product knowledge and educate customers on coffee offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
