Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital transactions
- Assist with inventory management of coffee beans, syrups, and consumable supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Share coffee knowledge through engaging customer education about brewing methods and origins
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Expertise in espresso machine operation and milk texturing techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently during rush periods while maintaining quality
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
