Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Manage inventory and restock premium coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency during peak hours
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and store protocols
- Develop innovative seasonal drink specials aligned with local trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, etc.)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning about industry trends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
