- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all coffee stations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in inventory management and supply ordering
- Continuously expand coffee knowledge through training programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
