Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using precision techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and order supplies
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink innovations
- Train new baristas on brewing standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Passion for sustainable and ethical coffee practices
